Decorative Fabric Panels
If you have a beautiful fabric panel, but it has a few flaws or its too fragile for heavy use, simply hang behind a glass side light window for instant character in the corner of a room. You'll never notice holes or stains!
Vintage Fabric Lamp Shades
A relatively small piece of fabric can be used to cover a lamp shade. Use a spray adhesive on the shade then apply fabric or use a shade with a self adhesive. Use buttons and trims to hide any stains or flaws.
Fabric Under Glass
It doesn't get any easier than this! Simply place a scrap of vintage fabric under the glass of a table. Even the most fragile textile becomes a showpiece. Change fabric with the seasons.
Photo/Message Boards
Cover ready-made canvas frames with batting and vintage fabric or a damaged tablecloth. Staple ribbons in a pattern to hide any flaws and hot glue buttons or silk flowers at cross points. Perfect for any room in the house? or your office cubicle.
